About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Healthcare Pathway Coordinator to join our team at NHS Scotland.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in healthcare to play a key role in designing, developing, and leading care pathways and systems across the cancer multidisciplinary teams in Lothian and South East Scotland region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical staff to design and develop effective care pathways and systems.
  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases and develop treatment plans.
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
