About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead our team in delivering high-quality engineering solutions for commercial and logistics development projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project resources, ensuring technical quality, and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project team resources and output to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and deliver Civil Engineering solutions and designs that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Provide expert advice and support to the team through extensive technical knowledge.
  • Build and maintain client relationships to grow the RPS business in Newark.
  • Visit sites, attend site meetings, and collaborate with clients and design team members.
  • Work closely with support functions within RPS, such as HR, Finance, and Marketing.
  • Additional duties as required.

Requirements:

We are looking for a chartered engineer with strong leadership skills, extensive technical knowledge of civil engineering, and experience in commercial, logistics, and residential sectors. Proficiency in Civils 3D and AutoCAD is also essential.
