This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage and coordinate multiple projects while balancing team priorities with ongoing business activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the activities of multiple projects.

• Balance team members' priorities with commitments to business as usual activities.

• Act as a single point of contact for senior stakeholders regarding projects.

• Proactively reach out to other teams to influence and shape their actions to enable project delivery.

• Negotiate at a senior level on technical and commercial issues to ensure alignment with objectives and timeframes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project coordination and management.

• Strong stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.

• Experience with migration strategy and integration.

• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with senior stakeholders.

• Ability to negotiate and align suppliers and other stakeholders with project objectives.
