Regional Sales Manager

Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a Regional Account Executive - Sports & Fitness to be based in the East Midlands, UK.
As a Regional Account Executive, you will be the eyes and ears of the brand, ensuring Red Bull is available and visible in key locations to meet the needs of our consumers. Specialising in fitness, you will be responsible for making sure consumers are picking up Red Bull in the gym, as part of their fitness routine. You will identify, target, win, manage, and nurture relationships with independent and small chain gyms in your region, ensuring Red Bull looks like the number one choice in every gym, encouraging trial of Red Bull, and helping Red Bull to become the number one energy drink in fitness.
Responsibilities
- Build a fitness database in your region that fits Red Bull's priorities and regional priorities, identifying opportunities to drive availability of Red Bull and win new accounts.
- Establish effective joint working relationships with key people both internally and externally, including regular reviews with key stakeholders, thinking smarter with contacts to create brand awareness and education.
- Build a regional strategy that will grow distribution in fitness outlets in your region, ensuring the strategy complements the sports strategy as set by the National Sales Manager, while taking advantage of local trends and opportunities.
- Manage multiple operating groups and franchise groups in your region, dealing with key decision makers at a regional level, building joint business plans to unlock new distribution.
- Possess passion and experience in the fitness industry, understanding the type of venues you will be working with and how they operate.
- Have a track record in achieving targets.
- Develop skills that will help you become a great seller, including communication, negotiation, and objection handling.
- Be able to build and present a compelling story with insight and commercial awareness.
- Exhibit outstanding customer relationship management.
- Display strong organisational and time management skills.
- Have intermediate skills across Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Travel 80-90%.
