Kingswood Group is seeking a highly skilled Paraplanner to join their expanding team in Bishops Stortford. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified or part-qualified paraplanner to continue their qualification and grow within the company.

The successful candidate will work closely with an Adviser and Senior Paraplanner, providing essential client support to the team. Key responsibilities include coordinating directly with the Adviser, participating in daily case update meetings, and communicating with clients via phone, email, and post as needed.

Key Skills & Qualities Needed:

  • Integrity, reliability, and discretion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for client and colleague interactions
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workload efficiently
  • High attention to detail
