About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Beauty Therapist to join our team at Haven. As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality beauty treatments to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a range of beauty treatments, including massages, facials, and waxing
  • Offer professional advice and product recommendations to guests
  • Maintain the spa and treatment rooms to a high standard
  • Undertake reception duties, including handling cash and promoting the spa to guests

Requirements

  • NVQ level 3 qualified and competent in all types of massage, including hot stones and Swedish aromatherapy
  • Experience in 'Spa Find' products would be beneficial, but not essential as full training will be provided
