About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Beauty Therapist to join our Spa Team at Haven. As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality beauty treatments to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a range of beauty treatments, including massages, facials, and body treatments
- Offer professional advice and product recommendations to guests
- Maintain the Spa and treatment rooms to a high standard
- Undertake reception duties, including handling cash and credit transactions
- Promote the Spa to guests and encourage income growth

Requirements
- NVQ level 3 qualified and competent in all types of massage, including Hot Stones and Swedish Aromatherapy
- Experience in 'Spa Find' products is beneficial, but not essential as full training will be provided
