Job Title: Clinical Lead Nurse

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at a state-of-the-art nursing home in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents while promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team to ensure the delivery of person-centred care
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with CQC standards
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the quality of care
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
  • Proven experience as a Clinical Lead in a care home environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Good working knowledge of CQC standards
