Join Our Team as a Clinical Lead Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at a brand new nursing home in Milton Keynes. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents and leading a team of nursing professionals.

About the Role
  • Provide person-centred care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Lead a team of nursing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care is delivered.
  • Administer medication and treatments in accordance with NMC guidelines and company policy.
  • Ensure care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Report any ill-health amongst residents, making requests for GP/professional visits where necessary.
