Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store/Retail/Counter Manager to lead our team of Sales Associates in achieving sales, customer service, and operational targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, coaching, and business management skills gained in a fast-paced retail environment.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic and inspirational leader to take charge of their own store, creating and executing a business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management. The successful candidate will have total accountability for leading a high-performing team and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Develop and execute a business plan to drive business growth and customer engagement
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Manage retail operations, including inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation
- Create and execute in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within cosmetics
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Previous business planning experience, including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
- Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
- Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Experience of creating and executing in-store events
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
