Kineton is seeking a skilled HIL Configuration Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a Degree in Automation Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related degree, and at least 2 years of professional experience in Automotive projects.

We are looking for an expert in Mathworks tools (Matlab, Simulink, Stateflow toolbox) with good skills to approach mid to complex physical models.

Key requirements include excellent knowledge of electronics and electronic measurements, good skills in setting up test bench environments, and knowledge of components and logic used in electric vehicles.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of the dSPACE toolchain and/or National Instruments for both user and configuration purposes.

Soft skills include troubleshooting and problem-solving, good communication, and team leading abilities.

Experience with systems based on microcontrollers and FPGAs is not mandatory but appreciated.

We are open to receiving applications from individuals with excellent knowledge of the English language, supported by a study and/or work experience abroad.

Flexibility and a strong motivation to work in the innovative technology sector are also key.

The role is based in Warwickshire, UK, and involves travel and relocation opportunities.
