Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Grosvenor Casino, Luton. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards, using fresh ingredients and following recipe guidelines.
- Work closely with the head chef to ensure that all dishes meet the required standards and are presented to the highest level.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure that all customer requests are met and that the customer experience is exceptional.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all cleaning schedules and procedures.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. You will also need to have a good understanding of kitchen procedures and be able to work well under pressure.
