We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our Wellbeing Services team, providing strategic direction and clinical oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality psychological wellbeing interventions.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing clinical leadership and oversight to our Wellbeing Services team, including IAPT Leads and practitioners.
- Developing and implementing new models of wellbeing interventions, in collaboration with Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) and other stakeholders.
- Supervising and line-managing practitioners within our Wellbeing Services, including student counsellors.
- Contributing to audit, research, policy, and service development within the areas served by our Wellbeing Services.
- Developing and delivering training in psychological therapies for staff working within our rehabilitation services.
- Working with the Associate Director of Development and Social Value to grow our wellbeing services offer across our geographical footprint.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A professional qualification in Registered Nurse Band 8a or above, or a professionally recognised qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
- Experience of leading the clinical response to senior leaders, board, and external commissioners.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to take risks, try new approaches, and continuously seek improvement.
