Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at Avon Search & Selection.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services to residents in our Residential facility located in the picturesque town of Totnes.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
About the Role:
- Deliver person-centred care to residents in accordance with their individual needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement effective care plans that promote independence and well-being.
- Maintain accurate records of resident's progress and communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals as needed.
Requirements:
- A minimum of [2] years' experience in a care-related role.
- Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
