About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at Thames Riviera Hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely, efficient, and knowledgeable service to guests in a fast-paced environment
  • Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage team to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales targets
  • Develop a strong understanding of our menu and beverage offerings to make informed recommendations to guests
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards

Requirements
