Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at RBH. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely, efficient, and knowledgeable service to guests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage team to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales targets.
  • Assist with food and beverage preparation, including food presentation and plating.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
