Job Title: Cash and Banking Controller

Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Office Based

Working Hours: 8.30am – 5pm (Mon – Fri)

Purpose of a Cash and Banking Controller:

The Cash and Banking Controller plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. This position is responsible for identifying and resolving cash discrepancies, updating financial spreadsheets, and coordinating with other teams to ensure accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and detail duplicate or unallocated cash items on customer accounts.
  • Update the discount spreadsheet daily and reconcile at month-end for reporting purposes.
  • Post debit notes to the relevant accounts, coordinating with the Credit Controller and Query Resolution Assistant for follow-up.
  • Identify and escalate credit risk issues promptly.

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Cash & Banking.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Dynamics).
