We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Operations Manager to join our team at Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational management for all aspects of site management within our buildings.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement site management systems, including operational and safety procedures.
- Monitor standards of service delivery for compliance with statutory and contractual requirements and service provision.
- Lead locally on environment and safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Project manage locally any refurbishments and/or changes to building use.
- Liaise with and monitor service providers.
- Manage site/building emergencies and/or provide advice to managers.
- Work in collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Manage directly employed staff.
- Ability to deal with a wide range of people at all levels in a pleasant and professional manner.
- Ability to achieve specific project goals.
- Ability to think clearly and logically.
- Time management skills.
- Ability to manage within agreed budgets.
- Ability to work in patient environments, sometimes in difficult circumstances.
- Ability to use initiative and creativity in problem solving.
- Education to Degree Level and/or relevant experience in a similar senior role.
- Formal management qualification(s) or equivalent.
- Extensive management experience.
- Successful management of budgets.
- Previous experience in the implementation of legislation relating to Fire, Health and Safety, Risk Management etc.
- Project Management experience.
- Experience of contract management.
