Job OverviewThis role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals, working together to deliver outstanding care and services to our residents. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in our care team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care and supporting the well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities and RequirementsKey responsibilities include:
- Providing hands-on nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Contributing to a positive and respectful team culture, promoting open communication and collaboration.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a care home or similar setting.
- Strong assessment and planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care, with a focus on resident-centered practice.
