Job Summary:
AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters is seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their Lettings Department in Raynes Park. As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for monitoring rent arrears, chasing payments, and providing detailed weekly reports to branch offices and landlords.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and chase rent arrears to strict deadlines
- Provide detailed weekly reports to branch offices and landlords
- General office administration, including taking telephone enquiries and responding to emails
- Assist with rent warranty claims
- Process deposit returns and de-register with TDS
- Deal with landlord statement queries
- Provide annual statements to landlords
- Provide tenant references at end of tenancy
- Maintain notes on software system
- Process daily and end-of-month figures to tight deadlines and update various Excel sheets
- General day-to-day office duties
- Carry out duties that may reasonably be required, including processing rental payments and move-in statements
Requirements:
- Strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate a willingness to undertake administrative tasks in an efficient and timely manner
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Friendly and helpful attitude
- Flexible and able to prioritize a changing to-do list
- Good listening skills and ability to build strong relationships
- Desire to continuously learn and increase competency levels
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel
- Previous lettings experience and Reapit experience desirable but full training will be given
