Job Summary

We're looking for a Care Assistant to provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes and in the community. As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with our clinical team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client. You will also provide emotional support and companionship to our clients, helping them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and medication management
  • Support clients with complex needs, such as tracheotomy, ventilation, and seizure management
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical team to develop and implement care plans
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
