Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team on night shifts at a reputable care home. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our residents and patients in a respectful and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Monitor and record patient progress, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Support and communicate effectively with patients, their families, and healthcare teams
  • Adhere to clinical and company policies and procedures, contributing to the development of care plans and risk assessments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, ensuring seamless communication among healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • Valid UK NMC registration, with a nursing qualification - RGN/RMN
  • Experience in a similar environment (desirable)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic team
  • Commitment to providing person-centered care, understanding and commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion in healthcare
