Key Responsibilities:- Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively with customers
- Chase customers by phone and email to resolve queries and reduce aged debt
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service
- 2+ years of experience in Credit Control or Collections
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French
- Strong Excel skills and experience with systems
