About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our Residential Solutions Team at Kier Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate site-based resources, including directly employed operatives and subcontractor personnel, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Establish and maintain compliant site set up, including compound, welfare, temporary works, and security measures.
  • Deliver projects from pre-commencement to completion, achieving completion on time and on budget, and in a safe and quality-focused manner.
  • Implement and monitor Site Specific Safety Plans (SSoW) in line with Company Health and Safety Policy (CHSP) to ensure compliance at all times.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in site management of projects of significant value.
  • Experience in delivering Energy Company Obligation works.
  • Demonstrable experience of leading site teams effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to engage and motivate site teams to deliver project outputs safely, to programme, and budget.
  • Experience of delivering projects under NEC and JCT contract conditions.
