We are seeking a dedicated and detail-focused HR Administration Assistant to join our HR team at Reed. This role is ideal for someone who is steady, reliable, and has a strong background in HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Lifecycle Support: Provide a professional and customer-focused service across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including processing starters, leavers, and contractual changes.
- HR Service Centre Support: Assist the HR Service Centre with employee lifecycle processes, including developing job descriptions, adverts, and placing vacancies.
- Recruitment Support: Assist line managers with recruitment, including developing job descriptions, adverts, and placing vacancies.
- Compliance and Training: Advise and support line managers on company processes and procedures, and coordinate training courses to ensure compliance with legislation.
- Payroll and Data Management: Maintain accurate data entry and keep employee files up to date in our Payroll system and other databases.
- Reporting and Administration: Create monthly reports for the management team and update letters and templates in line with legislation.
Requirements:
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a HR Coordinator/Administrator generalist role is preferred, but not essential if you are an experienced Administrator.
- Education: HR related degree is required.
- Skills: Excellent organisational skills, strong customer service skills, and a confident communicator, both written and verbal.
- Personal Qualities: A positive 'can-do' attitude, willingness to learn, and a keen eye for detail.
