About the Role
Anson McCade is excited to present a unique opportunity for a skilled embedded software engineer to join our innovative team. You will play a vital role in the development of both current and future seeker systems, which are essential real-time components of missile technology, integrating advanced sensors and subsystems.
In this dynamic environment, you will engage in Agile/SCRUM methodologies, utilizing state-of-the-art technology throughout the complete software development lifecycle, including testing in lab settings with missile components.
Key Duties:
- Gathering and defining requirements

- Conducting verification through reviews and testing
Qualifications We Seek:
Essential Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in hard real-time embedded software development.
- Strong command of 'C' programming language.
- Knowledge of communication protocols such as SPI, UART, Ethernet, and PCI-Express.
- Experience with software design methodologies, including UML.
- Capability to assess system performance and integration.
- Comprehensive experience across the software development lifecycle.
