Rvvity is seeking a full-time attorney to join its legal department in the Licensing & Technology organisation within the Life Sciences segment. This role focuses on supporting the business by handling complex licensing agreements related to collaboration with large pharmaceutical companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including confidentiality, material transfer, professional services, procurement, and other customer and supplier agreements.
  • Provide employment and labour law advice to HR in the EU.
  • Support various projects and initiatives, including form agreement creation and process improvement.

This position requires a highly motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment with rapidly shifting priorities.

Requirements
  • Licensed to practise law in any jurisdiction.
  • A minimum of 6+ years of transactional/commercial experience, ideally within the gene therapy, pharmaceutical, or broader life sciences sector.
  • Strong understanding of intellectual property law, including patents, trademarks, and trade secrets.
  • Ability to determine risk exposure and advise the business in a practical manner, balancing legal risks with business needs.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

The salary for this position is approximately $120,000 per year, considering the company's requirements and industry standards.
