Job Title: Electrical Service Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Service Coordinator to join our team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for coordinating electrical services, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of work to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and respond to incoming service requests via email and update the company database accordingly
  • Take service and update calls from clients and deal with them in a professional manner
  • Call customers to schedule appointments for works and update client websites on a daily basis
  • Manage operatives' labour list and update the scheduler accordingly
  • Optimize job allocation based on engineer skillset, availability, and location
  • Liaise with sub-contractors, raise purchase orders, and follow up for job completion details and invoices
  • Maintain planned schedules of work and monitor ongoing works to ensure jobs are completed, costs are under control, and uplifts or follow-on quotes are submitted where required
  • Compile quotations for small works in accordance with client rates and submit quotes on time
  • Liaise with all parts of the HF Group service team to ensure all service issues are satisfactorily resolved
  • Save and file all incoming purchase orders in accordance with procedures
