Electrical Service Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Service Coordinator to join our team at HF Group. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for coordinating electrical services, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and respond to incoming service requests via email and update the company database accordingly.
  • Communicate with clients and schedule appointments for electrical works.
  • Manage labor lists and update the scheduler to ensure optimal job allocation.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, raise purchase orders, and follow up on job completion details and invoices.
  • Compile quotations for small works and submit them on time.
  • Collaborate with the service team to resolve service issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and numerical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong service background and experience in engineer dispatch.
  • Good time-management skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of electrical services and regulations.
