Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in a similar role, with a background in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
  • Relevant qualifications, either apprentice-trained or to degree level, with a strong foundation in process engineering and manufacturing principles.
  • Desirable experience working with medical devices, assistive furniture, or postural support products, as well as knowledge of medical device regulations and industry standards.
  • Production process improvement experience, focusing on efficiency, material utilization, time, cost, quality, and compliance.
