Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ERP sales consultant to join our team as a Manufacturing Business Development Manager. As a specialist in manufacturing ERP solutions, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.

About the Role:

  • You will receive leads from external lead generation companies and our internal marketing and cold calling team.
  • Expect at least one new meeting per week with a decent database to follow up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To understand the ERP software and eventually perform demos.
  • To identify and acquire new business opportunities in the manufacturing space.
  • To work closely with the marketing and lead gen team to generate leads.
  • To have a strong background in ERP sales, including manufacturing.
  • To be happy to discuss production, waste, BOM, and work in progress WIP.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in ERP sales, including manufacturing.
  • Ability to understand the ERP software and eventually perform demos.
  • Experience working with complex manufacturing companies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

About the Salary: The salary range for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Location: This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with the opportunity to work near Southampton.
