We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Practitioner to join our team in the Lower GI Health department. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work with our specialist screening programme, which covers Bristol and North Somerset, serving a population of over 900,000.

As a member of our team, you will be based at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston, but required to work across multiple sites, including Bristol Royal Infirmary, South Bristol Community Hospital, and Southmead Hospital. Your responsibilities will include conducting nurse-led clinics, attending colonoscopy sessions, processing histology outcomes, and providing results, including cancer diagnosis, to support patients throughout the screening process and engage in health promotion.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to communicate sensitive and complex information to both patients and colleagues, and have good IT skills. A salary range of £43,141 - £70,078 per annum, dependent on experience, plus benefits, including a comprehensive pension scheme and opportunities for ongoing professional development, make this an attractive opportunity for professionals looking to take their career to the next level.
