We are seeking a highly motivated Healthcare Professional to join our team at Nurse Seekers in Stevenage. As a Health Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the personal care of clients, promoting independence, and delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Maintain the personal care of clients, respecting their dignity and promoting independence.
- Ensure that care services are consistently provided to a high-quality standard.
- Assist with the care of clients, supporting their physical and emotional needs.
- Participate in professional development through training and meetings to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Experience working in a care setting involving vulnerable people.
- Knowledge of food hygiene preparation or a willingness to learn.
- Able to follow care routines to ensure clients receive the correct care.
- Able to write and converse adequately in English.
- Hold a valid driving license and business insurance if using a car for client transport.
Competitive salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Generous benefits package including health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
