Job Summary:

Concept Technical is seeking an experienced Despatch Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy warehouse. This role involves managing goods in, order sheets, transport coordination, and ensuring timely dispatch of products, including exports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the despatch team and daily operations.
  • Manage Goods In processes, checking deliveries for accuracy.
  • Prepare and process customer orders and ensure correct dispatch.
  • Coordinate transport based on pallet quantities and load lorries.
  • Oversee export shipments and documentation.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance.
  • Support general warehouse tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous warehouse experience (despatch and transport coordination essential).
  • Team leader/supervisory experience in a similar environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of export documentation is an advantage.
  • FLT license desirable but not essential.

Benefits:
