About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Support Worker to join our complex service in Bournemouth. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with complex needs to lead the best life possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support adults with complex needs to develop and maintain their independence
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide high-quality care and support
  • Develop and implement positive behaviour support plans to promote positive outcomes
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals and their families
Requirements
  • Level Three in Social Care or extensive experience in mental health, autism, and challenging behaviours
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
