Job Title: Live In Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live In Support Worker to join our team at Home Instead Bournemouth & Christchurch. As a Live In Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Job Summary

As a Live In Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care, companionship, and domestic support to our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop a personalized care plan to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist with medication management
  • Prepare meals and snacks
  • Conduct light housekeeping and laundry
  • Provide companionship and social interaction
  • Assist with mobility and transfers
Requirements
  • Professional approach and a passion for delivering high-quality care
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
