Centre People Seeks Skilled Professional for Corporate Accounts Role

We are currently recruiting for a highly experienced Corporate Accounts Supervisor to work in our London office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting the Corporate Accounting Manager in various tasks such as production, recording and reporting of accounting records, overseeing transaction processing hub operations, and managing corporate accounts assistants.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of accounts payable, receivable, and general knowledge functions, as well as expertise in applying VAT principles to invoices. You will be required to maintain compliance with purchase policies, ensure equal distribution of purchase transactions, and act as a purchase to pay super-user.

Responsibilities also include setting up and maintaining procurement users, updating procurement training materials, reconciling purchase ledgers, reviewing payment runs, and conducting month-end and year-end closing procedures. Additionally, you will need to maintain integrity between general ledger and accounts payable, perform monthly Trade Creditor currency revaluations, provide support to other Corporate Accounting Assistants, and handle company credit cards, limit applications, and follow up on outstanding expenses.

The successful candidate will also be involved in daily cash flow management, signing off bank reconciliations, setting up standing orders, and managing direct debits. Furthermore, they will need to apply standard procedures for sales invoice settlements, maintain customer information, support credit control processes, and undertake other tasks as required by the Senior Manager of Corporate Accounting.

With an estimated salary of £45-50k per annum, this position offers a range of benefits, including competitive salary, hybrid working options, a permanent full-time contract, and regular working hours from Monday to Friday.
