Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing new and existing business relationships, sourcing and recruiting staff for temporary bookings, and managing existing accounts and relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively develop new and existing business relationships by identifying and establishing client connections
- Conduct business-to-business outbound sales calls and work towards targets
- Travel to visit clients for meetings, requiring a driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
- Sourcing and recruiting staff for temporary bookings
- Manage existing accounts and relationships
- Service management, including compliance, payroll, administration, and updating systems
Benefits and Training
- Competitive salary up to £28,000 basic + uncapped bonus
- Hybrid working arrangement, with 2 days from the Newbury office and 3 days working from home
- Performance-based quarterly salary reviews as a Recruitment Consultant and clear career path
- Opportunity to join as a Trainee with no recruitment experience but with sales experience, and be promoted to Recruitment Associate and then Consultant following successful completion of probation
