As a Management Placement and Internship Programme participant, you'll have the opportunity to gain real-world professional business experience, which can put you above the rest when you enter the job market. Our interns go at a highly energised pace, learning what it takes to run a successful business and acquiring highly marketable skills and experience.
Our university interns and placement students take on the same challenges as those that join us on our award-winning Graduate Management Programme. After an initial virtual classroom-based orientation session, you'll be assigned to a branch office for hands-on business training. It's learning by doing, not by getting coffee or filing all day.
Responsibilities
As a Management Placement and Internship Programme participant, you'll be responsible for a range of tasks, including:
- Assisting with the day-to-day operations of a branch office
- Developing and implementing business strategies
- Building relationships with customers and colleagues
Qualifications
To be eligible for this programme, you'll need to have a full manual UK or EU driving licence. We also welcome applications from students with disabilities who may not be able to drive.
