Following an initial virtual orientation session, you'll join a branch office where hands-on business training awaits. Under the guidance of experienced mentors who were once graduates like yourself, including our current CEO, you'll acquire valuable business skills and learn how to succeed in management, finance, operations, sales, and customer service.

Responsibilities

As a Graduate Management Trainee, you'll play a pivotal role in driving new business growth and maintaining existing relationships. Key responsibilities include understanding cost control, interpreting your branch's P&L statement, and developing essential business acumen. You'll also learn effective communication techniques, problem-solving strategies, and conflict management, all designed to equip you with the skills necessary to excel in this dynamic field.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred; however, relevant professional experience can be considered as a substitute.
  • You must possess a full manual UK or EU driving licence; accommodations are available for applicants with disabilities.
  • No drug or alcohol-related offence on your driving record within the last five years will be tolerated.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
