Laboratory Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team at SLS, the UK's largest independent supplier of laboratory equipment, chemicals, and consumables.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers across various sectors, providing a unique and challenging sales environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales growth and increase market share.
- Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to customers, ensuring they receive the best solutions for their laboratory needs.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and product offerings.
- Participate in local marketing campaigns, product launches, and trade shows to promote SLS's products and services.
- Proven sales experience in the laboratory equipment or chemical industry.
- Strong technical understanding of laboratory techniques and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to sales and business development.
- Full driving license and willingness to travel regularly.
