We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Primary Care Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Center.
About the Job:This is a full-time opportunity providing primary care services at our Hereford Office. The successful candidate will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive care to patients by applying the nursing process in an organized and systematic manner according to institutional policy.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes.
- Master's Degree in Nursing or related field (required).
- Registered Nurse Practitioner licensure (required).
- Experience in primary care and/or nurse practitioner role preferred.
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year based on experience.
