We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Support Worker to provide high-quality care and support to Freddie, a 13-year-old boy with complex needs, in his home in Leominster. This is a permanent role of 24-36 hours per week.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 months' experience in care, including personal care and moving and positioning, and be passionate about delivering exceptional care. They will work closely with Freddie's specialist care team to ensure his individual needs are met.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to make a real difference in Freddie's life while enjoying a variety of activities in a supportive environment. The salary for this role is approximately £220-£240 per 12-hour shift, paid on time, as per NHS Band 4/5 rates.

About the Role:

  • Salary: Up to £22,000 per annum (based on 30 hours per week)
  • Paid DBS
  • Up to £15 travel expense paid with each shift
  • Loyalty bonus: £300 after 6 months of service
