Night Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate Night Care Assistant to join our team at Deben View in Woodbridge, Suffolk. As a Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing essential care to individuals in need, embracing values of empathy, respect, and dignity.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to customers, including medication administration and light domestic duties.
- Support customers through temporary or terminal illness, helping with eating and drinking, and engaging in social, physical activities, and mental stimulation.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a supportive work environment and prioritize ongoing training and development opportunities.
We are looking for a warm and friendly individual with a natural caring nature, great sense of humour, and a positive energy that brings a smile to people's faces. You will be a great listener with a caring and supportive attitude, focusing on the individual and not the routine.
