Job Title: Part-time Night Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part-time Night Nurse to join our client's Nursing Home team.

Job Summary

This role will require working night shifts to ensure 24/7 care for our residents. As a Night Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to elderly residents, particularly those with dementia or requiring end of life care.

Responsibilities
  • Administering medication and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitoring and assessing residents' health and well-being throughout the night
  • Collaborating with the care team to develop and implement care plans
  • Providing emotional support and reassurance to residents and their families
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of residents' care and progress
  • Responding to emergencies and taking appropriate action as necessary
Requirements
  • RGN (Registered General Nurse) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) qualification and valid UK NMC Pin
  • Prior experience in elderly care, dementia care, or end of life care preferred
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
