Electrical Engineer - Day Shift

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team on a day shift basis. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance and breakdown of electrical systems and equipment on site, including installation, improvement, and capital work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out electrical installations and maintenance of electrical supplies and systems, ensuring compliance with statutory and technical British Standards and Codes of Practice.
  • Cover multiple sites, including labs and production sites, to support chemical processes.
  • Responsibility for the maintenance and breakdown of electrical systems and equipment, including improvements and upgrades.
  • Maintain safety standards as per the company's routine mode of practice, which complies with IET regulations.
  • Perform any reasonable duties as identified by management.

Requirements:

  • Experience in electrical engineering and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Ability to work on multiple sites.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills.
