As a trainee surveyor at e.surv, you'll have the opportunity to work with experienced professionals and develop your skills in residential building pathology. With a strong focus on career development, we offer a comprehensive training programme that sets you up for success.

The programme is designed for individuals who are eligible for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation and have a strong base knowledge of Residential Building Pathology. We're interested in applications from candidates who have completed the SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation.

\

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on location, plus a range of benefits, including a pension, private medical insurance (after AssocRICS qualification), death in service assurance, and share incentive schemes.

\

Our trainee surveyors work in various locations across the UK, including Dorset/Weymouth, Leeds, Bradford, and more. With a company car or car allowance, you'll have the flexibility to travel and work in different areas of residential surveying.
