Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Inspire and motivate a motivated bar team to deliver exceptional service and create a supportive and performance-driven environment.
  • Strategic Management: Work closely with the Associate Director of Commercial Services and Food & Beverage Manager to monitor budgets, drive sales, and develop business opportunities.
  • Event Mastery: Manage every detail to perfection, from intimate gatherings to grand events, ensuring every event is unforgettable.
  • Customer Experience: Elevate the customer journey, creating memorable experiences that keep clients coming back.
  • Innovation: Develop a social media strategy to promote the business, attract new customers, and keep the venue's unique offerings in the spotlight.
