We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Senior Executive Support Specialist to support our client's Head of Business with additional support to the COO, Head of People, and HRBP.

This role involves providing dedicated support to the Head of Business, including managing a busy calendar, coordinating meetings, and screening requests from PMs and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will stay two steps ahead of executive needs, anticipating requirements and managing projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision.

They will organize and arrange onsite and offsite meetings, events, and executive sessions, ensuring seamless logistics and preparation.

Serving as the primary point of contact between the Head of Business and internal/external stakeholders, they will communicate professionally and effectively on their behalf.

The Senior Executive Support Specialist will also arrange complex travel itineraries through the internal travel department, ensuring all logistics are meticulously planned and documented.

They will compile and create executive-level reports, presentations, and status updates, maintaining accurate records and filing systems.

The successful candidate will plan and execute business events and meetings, managing all related logistics to ensure successful outcomes.

Additionally, they will perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the Head of Business and Central Team.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • We are looking for someone who can seamlessly integrate into the team culture and build a strong rapport with the Head of Business and other executives.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to preempt needs and manage the executive's time and priorities with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • They should demonstrate high ethical standards, confidentiality, and discretion in handling sensitive information and executive interactions.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior executives, with a blend of executive assistant and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of English grammar and composition.
  • A proven track record of problem-solving and critical thinking in dynamic environments.
  • Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.

Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 per annum
