Job Description:
As a Principal Planner/Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the Development Control team and delivering an efficient Development Management process. You will have experience in handling complex planning applications and negotiating issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage planning applications, site inspections, and committee reports.
- Lead the Development Control team in delivering an efficient Development Management process.
- Negotiate issues and make decisions regarding planning applications.
- Deputize for the Development Manager in their absence.
